A fundamentally new method of drug abuse treatment is based on a comprehensive approach to the treatment of any form of addiction. The main phase in overcoming addiction is super stress powerful impact on the patient's consciousness and sub consciousness that creates a kind of “psycho energy block” against any kind of a drug and addictive lifestyle. It is achieved by a specially organized psychotherapeutic process that embeds a patient into a deep hypnotical trance state that is corresponding to stage 4 of catalepsy. Particular attention is paid to pre-clinical preparation of patients. The range of therapeutic methods includes means of abstinence elimination, continuous psychological correction, psychoanalysis and rehabilitation. The course of treatment is completed by a special coding with the help of polyvalent serum for a period of 3 to 6 years. This serum suggests the fear of death from the slightest dose of drugs; sometimes the effectiveness of serum is checked by "provocations", using the phenomenon of “near-dead” experiences, securing the patient's refusal of the drug.
Below we present a summary table of results of treatment in our clinic.

This spreadsheet clearly reflects the effectiveness of the practical implementation of a new approach to the problem of addiction therapy.
According to the table, the new integrated method of the treatment shows high efficiency of the chosen approach in overcoming addiction - the success is achieved in 85.4 % of cases. Failures (relapses) were in 14.6% of cases. Below we present the analysis of the causes that brought to relapses. The most effective treatment was in two age groups - under age 20 (93.5% of successful treatment) and older than 40 (93.9 % of successful treatment), respectively the lowest failure was in 6.5% and 6.1% of cases. The reason is that the group of drug users under age 20 has a smaller term of addiction than other groups. Teens, boys and girls with a fragile psyche are exposed to drug addiction to a greater extent than anyone else, but also they are equally exposed to the treatment. On the other hand, patients that are much older - after 40 years and have bigger "experience" paradoxically "merge" with a group of very young drug addicts. It is also quite natural - they have more "sober" view on their life, feel some responsibility for themselves, their families, sometimes they feel sincere repentance for their long-term and terrible, slavish drug dependence and hence a strong desire to choose a drug free future. The smallest number of successful treatment outcomes, and the greatest number of failures comes in age groups between 21-30 years (respectively 77.5% and 22.5%). It is also quite understandable: their drug abuse lifestyle is large enough and so as the attraction to drugs. Some patients that have relapsed but returned for recurrent treatment explain their failures due to belief that they are young and strong. Usually they explain their overcome of the “code” embedded in our clinic in the same way: “I felt sad, I wanted to feel high again”, “I am still not satisfied”, “I decided to try a bit, I won’t die because of it”, “My craving for drug was stronger than fear of death”. As a rule, the relapse occurs among patients that didn’t undergo the provocation. So in those rare cases when the serum did not take roots, the explanation is quite reasonable - for unknown reasons it could not resist the body for intended period of time, moreover, alcoholism, related illness, injury, etc could weaken the effectiveness of the serum. Moreover, we can say with certainty that 100 % of all failures occurred in a background of alcoholism! Below is shown the number of failures and dynamics data (see Table 2).

As you can see the accumulation of the number of patients with relapse of the coding occurs mainly during the first year after discharge from the hospital, and lessens in distant terms. This happens due to instability of the primary effect of treatment, the return to the philosophy of an addict lifestyle, alcoholism, returning to the former environment. It should be noted that we have specifically highlighted the failures, because in spite of the majority of successful treatment (85.4% of all cases) it is important to find out all the failures to bring it up to the 100% success. After all, those patients who did not believe in coding, relapsed, started using drugs again and lost their lives. According to the information received from their families, their death came either instant or after a short period of severe somatic complications (sepsis, pulmonary heart disease, tuberculosis, etc.). Some of those who relapsed but stayed alive and returned to re-treatment, the very treatment gave lasting effect in the future. It should also be noted that the highest percentage of relapses was among local residents.
All letters and reports of our patients, who experience persistent therapeutic effect, express the evidence not only of "fear of death from disrupted coding" but a new outlook, a new attitude towards their drug free present and future: "Now I see the world from a different side, I want to live, work, love...", "I've already forgotten what the buzz means, the word “drug" itself turns me inside out", "Something unusual happened with me, it could only be in my childhood, teenage years...", "I became self-confident, I can make up everything I lost after years of drug addiction, I will return all moral and material debts to my relatives and friends", “ I was re-born, thanks to Vitaly Ivanovich and all the hospital staff!"
In conclusion, we want to make an attempt to analyze the effectiveness of the proposed integrated methodology of drug abuse therapy as an effective means to overcome the ailment, that strikes the flowers of humanity - its youth.
First of all, the effectiveness of treatment depends on the power of hypnotic effect of super stress implement on the patient in his deep trance state, which comes in 4 levels of "generic matrix" (S. Grof, 1994) the phase states.
"Crescendo", which is used in the growth of power of hypnotic effect, leads, apparently, to a state that can be called "superconductivity" of medical information, creating a kind of "healing circle" in associative cortical layers of the brain, secured not only functionally, reflexively but also biologically, at expanding dendrite connections than explains the strong "shield" that rejects the patient from his former attraction to drugs.
An essential element of creating this kind of protection is graded and systematically processed by other types of psychotherapy - psychoanalysis, psycho correction of behavior, etc. This therapy creates the necessary preconditions for strengthening of the main medical factor - hypnosis. Finally, coding and verification of it - the "provocation", with the experience of the fear of death, which is not just a stage in a therapy, but a fixing of the therapeutic effect and independently acting psycho-somatic technique that increases the value of life in the minds of those who experience it.
Using our experience in treating addictions can help many doctors-narcologists and psychiatrists, psychotherapists to search for more detailed and effective ways to overcome the "white death".
